STRICT LIMITATION OF BIB NUMBERS

We will impose a limitation of the number of bibs per race, in order to allow you to benefit from a maximum fluidity on the courses, to respect the paths covered and the sites crossed.

REDUCTION OF THE REGISTRATION PRICE TO 1 € per km

The price proposed for each race number will be strictly limited to 1 euro per km, while guaranteeing the quality of services, in particular in terms of security and friendliness of the reception.

Since the first edition, the environment is at the heart of the concerns of the organization team of the Grand Trail de Serre-Ponçon, with in particular: a sum of money given for the maintenance of the paths, a directional signposting and of reusable information, shuttles put at the disposal for the routing of the participants, a strict limitation of the number of bibs, batches of reception and of ” finishers ” produced in the area.

All the welcome and finishers gifts will be developed and produced locally, in line with the values of the territory
There will be a minimum percentage of 75% of ORGANIC and LOCAL products in the refreshment stands,
Local still water and a change in containers to bubble water, reducing the number of empty containers to be recycled.
Refusal of the use of helicopters for photography, personal or material transport (except for legitimate emergency rescue),
Use of electric or hybrid staff vehicles
Systematic sorting of waste at all living and supply bases

” A WIDE VARIETY OF HOT DISHES ON THE LIVING BASES “

Each base of life will propose a different theme and welcome according to the values of its territory. A locally prepared hot meal will be offered at each base and at the arrival.

THE GREAT TRAIL OF SERRE-PONCON, solo or in teams of two or three: 164KM AND 10600M D +/-, FROM EMBRUN following the most beautiful summits framing the lake of Serre-Ponçon, the peak of Morgon, the peak of Dormillouse, the mount Colombis, the peak of Piolit, the pass of Coupa, and the mount Guillaume in the end! MAXIMUM 400 BIBS IN TOTAL.

THE SERRE-PONCON TRAIL, solo : on 74KM ET 5200M D+/- AT THE START OF ESPINASSES-ROUSSET, at the halfway point of the Grand Trail, with the mount Colombis at the beginning, the Piolit peak, the Coupa pass, and the mount Guillaume at the end ! 330 INDIVIDUAL NUMBERS

THE LAKE AND MOUNTAINS TRAIL, solo : on 49KM AND 3500M D+/- STARTING FROM CHORGES, towards the Col de Chorges, La Coupa, Les Gourniers, Le Mont-Guillaume in the final ! 450 INDIVIDUAL BIBS

THE MONT-GUILLAUME TRAIL, solo : on 28KM ET 1650M D+ 2310M D- AT THE START OF REALLON-LES ISCLES, with the Mont-Guillaume on the menu by its wildest side ! 200 INDIVIDUAL BIBS

THE MORGON Foothills Trail, solo, on 18 KM – 510 M D +/-, STARTING FROM SAVINES, with a course that follows the foothills of the Morgon Peak to go down to the lake and finish in Embrun. 400 INDIVIDUAL DOSSARDS
